Paul L. Henderson has been practicing law in the State of Washington for 25 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, employment discrimination, professional negligence and mediation. He retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Special Forces, with the U.S. Army Reserve in 1996. His service began in 1968. He served with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam where he was awarded the Bronze Star and Air Medal. A commercial pilot and flight instructor, Paul is also well-versed and experienced in aviation law. Paul works in conjunction with the Scott Horenstein Law Firm on numerous matters, primarily in the personal injury arena.

Paul has been active in the legal community and is a past President of the Clark County Bar Association. He also served on the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors from 1992 through 1997. He was on the Board of Bar Examiners, the Washington State Bar Association Code of Professional Responsibility Committee, and was a college instructor in the areas of personal injury and insurance law. He remains active with The Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. Paul has been a frequent seminar speaker and edited the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association text on jury selection.

Paul was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1978. He was also a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, serving from 1968 through 1996.
