Dru S. Horenstein is a dedicated member of the Clark County community, having lived here her entire life. As an attorney and former owner of the Dru S. Horenstein Law Firm, she brings extensive experience in all areas of family law to the Scott Horenstein Law Firm.

A significant part of her practice includes helping family law clients with the division of retirement assets which requires the drafting of specific court orders (qualified domestic relations orders or QDRO's). Dru's practice includes all other areas of family law: dissolution of marriage, child custody, parenting plans, support, visitation rights, domestic violence, restraining orders, paternity actions and adoptions. Dru retains experts in specific areas such as tax and financial planning so that clients make informed decisions about all issues in their cases.

Dru has been practicing family law since 1992. Prior to becoming an attorney, she taught junior high students History and English. She has taught family law and legal ethics at Clark College.
